Coroner investigates death of 21-year-old found at home by wife

SENECA, S.C. — The Oconee County Coroner said the death of a 21-year-old man on Saturday is under investigation. Coroner Karl Addis said Michael Dale Elgin, died at his home on D Street in the Utical Mill Hill area. Addis said based on Elgin's past, drugs are suspected to be a factor in his death.
