BAKERSFIELD, Calif. - The California Highway Patrol is on scene of a fatal accident on Highway 58 and Superior Road. According to the CHP website, a man jumped out of a moving vehicle. The Kern County Fire Department is on scene giving him CPR. A helicopter was also called to the scene. No word if any roadways are blocked.
