PIKE COUNTY, Miss. — An ATV was stolen Feb. 27 from a resident who lives on Magnolia Holmesville Road, investigators said. 2 men wanted in carjacking, robbery

JACKSON, Miss. — Fredrick Harper, 48, and Bernard Caston, 37 are wanted by Jackson police, authorities said. Both men are accused of robbing a man and stealing his car in south Jackson, police said.
