NILES, Ohio (WKBN) - A person was shot early Monday outside a bar in Niles The shooting happened between 1 a.m. and 2 a.m. outside Madden's Bar and Grill on Route 422. A Cadillac at the scene had the back window shot out. One person was hit by the gunfire. We don't know yet who was shot or their condition.
