LIMA — The expansion of one company is making room for new employment in the region. Allen County Commissioners approved a resolution for Allen County to enter into an enterprise Zone Agreement with Logoplaste Lima LLC on Tuesday morning for the company’s new project. Healing hands mosaic art on display at Mercy Health-St. Rita’s

LIMA — The Mercy Health-St. Rita’s Graduate Medical Education Center (GMEC) revealed a new mosaic in February. The glass mural was created by Tom Cullen, a local mosaic artist.
